How far in advance do I need to book?

It's best to meet with and secure your suppliers as soon as possible as we get booked out far in advance, preferably once you have chosen your Wedding dress/Bridesmaids dress/style and reception venue.

Are you able to give advice on what flowers are available at the time of my wedding?

Our floral designers have extensive knowledge of what's available each season and will help you choose the flowers that will be the most appropriate on your wedding day. Some flowers are only available in certain months of the year such as Peony Roses, David Austin Roses, Cymbidium Orchids and Lisianthus.

Do I need a theme or a style for my wedding before we meet?

From the Heart Flowers offer a complete wedding styling and décor service but if you already have something in mind we delight in "turning your ideas into memories"!

Do you offer any other services? Do you offer hire items or do I have to buy my vases etc?

As well as our styling and décor service we offer a huge range of items to hire for your special day, including garden settings, Chuppah's for outdoor ceremonies, urns and pedestals for ceremonies through to candelabras and unique decorative items to help style your venue. All our glassware is available to either hire or buy.

From the Heart Flowers also have close affiliations with many other wedding suppliers, so just ask us and we'll source it!

Can you deliver my flowers on the day?

We offer a full service meaning we take care of all aspects of your floral requirements including deliveries, set up/pack down and transfers (moving flowers from ceremony to reception or the following day to family or friends). We will also pick up any hire items from your home or reception venue.

Do I need to have a consultation?

It is not compulsory although consultations do give us a clearer idea of what you are after for your dream wedding especially if you haven't found any pictures to base it on. Our website and social media pages show only a slight glimpse of our delightful work, our studio is full of inspirational pieces and all of our hire items are on display. It gives us a chance to meet you, give you a much more detailed/accurate quote and show you exactly what we can achieve to fit into your budget.

How do I organise a consultation?

You can complete our comprehensive online wedding questionnaire or contact us via email or phone. We will then organise an appropriate time for you to come in.

Do you do home consultations?

Yes we do, we can visit you in your home or at your workplace, bringing with us our portfolios and colour charts to help you make choosing your flowers easy.

How much do flowers usually cost?

For an idea of our pricing:

  • Bride's bouquets from $150.00
  • Bridesmaid's bouquets from $80.00
  • Buttonholes from $8.00
  • table centrepieces from $45.00

Delivery and set up are quoted separately.

I am interstate / overseas so can't do a personal consultation. Is this a problem?

Many of our brides live overseas or interstate, we are happy to connect through email or telephone during the planning process and then meet closer to the wedding date to make sure they are happy with everything.

Is there a minimum budget required for my wedding?

There is no minimum spend on wedding flowers, we are happy to take weddings of all sizes.
