Delivery Terms & Conditions

Thrive Flowers deliver between 10am and 7pm Monday to Saturday. Same day delivery is available for all orders placed before 12pm. Delivery is charged per delivery address, per customer,

at the time of ordering.

Click and collect is available between 11am – 4pm.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the obligation of the customer to make sure that the recipient’s FULL name, FULL delivery address and phone number are correct. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order, as per your instructions, Thrive Flowers accepts no responsibility for the mistake. Please double check!

​Recipient phone numbers are important. Our couriers will only ever call if they are unable to access the address, especially for apartments.

IF NO ONE IS HOME

If no-one is at the address to take the delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place and take a photograph. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers out of direct sun, or we are unable to get into the property due to fencing, aggressive dogs etc, or incorrect/insufficient information provided, we will try to call. If still unsuccessful, we will bring the flowers back to the shop. Once we get in contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pickup from the shop.

DELIVERY TIMES / BUSINESS ADDRESS

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy times, but if you have any requests (such as they leave work by 4pm for example) please leave a comment in “notes” at check out.

SCHOOL, OFFICE, HOSPITAL, RECEPTIONS

Thrive Flowers accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception, concierge, or security person.

DELIVERY TO APARTMENTS

We will contact recipient to ensure they are home prior to delivery. If contact cannot be made, we will contact sender and wait for instructions.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITAL

Where possible we will deliver to room. If this is not allowed by the hospital, flowers will be left at reception.

​Please note during Covid, some hospitals do not accept flower deliveries, please check with the hospital before ordering.

CARD MESSAGE

Regarding internet orders, customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. Thrive Flowers accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling, grammar.

ALCOHOL

By law, alcohol cannot be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years or left unattended. Should no-one over the age of 18 be home at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the shop. If redelivery is needed a redelivery fee will be charged.

Alcohol added to an order must not exceed 50% of the flower order.

SUNDAY’S AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

As Thrive Flowers is closed Sundays and some public holidays, we will deliver your order on the next business day.

REFUNDS & WARRANTY

If you are unsatisfied with the quality or lifespan of the flowers, please contact us on 9486 0565. We may ask for photos as proof, this is so we can contact our suppliers and let them know of quality issues. You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days. Flowers can last longer under the proper care. All deliveries include a flower care card to maximise vase life.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Thrive Flowers 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed.

Thrive Flowers will make every effort to make sure your beautiful, fresh blooms arrive safely.
